General terms and conditions of sale
Article 1 – Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all sales concluded on the Electroglide website.
All orders imply full and complete acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
Article 2 – Products
The products offered are electric vehicles, approved or not , intended for private or professional use.
The images are for illustrative purposes only.
Minor variations may exist.
Article 3 – Order
All orders are firm and final upon validation of payment.
Electroglide reserves the right:
- to refuse an order
- to cancel a sale
- without mandatory justification
particularly in cases of suspected fraud or abusive behavior.
Article 4 – Price
Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes.
Electroglide reserves the right to change its prices at any time, without retroactive effect.
Article 5 – Payment
Payment must be made in full before shipment.
No delivery will be made without actual payment.
In the case of payment in installments, failure to pay an installment results in the immediate demand for payment of the balance.
Article 6 – Delivery
The delivery terms are defined in the Shipping Policy.
No delay can justify:
- an automatic cancellation
- a claim for damages and interest
Article 7 – Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is applicable only to consumers , under the conditions defined by law and by the refund policy.
Any product that has been used, registered, customized or put into service is excluded.
Article 8 – Guarantees
The products benefit from:
- the legal guarantee of conformity
- of the warranty against hidden defects
All warranties are excluded in the following cases:
- misuse
- modification
- failure to comply with recommendations
Article 9 – Liability
Electroglide cannot be held responsible:
- from misuse
- of an accident
- of a regulatory non-compliance related to the client's usage
The customer is solely responsible for the use of the vehicle.
Article 10 – Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
