Shipping Policy

This shipping policy applies to all orders placed on the Electroglide website, for deliveries in France and Europe.

Since the products being sold are large, motorized and valuable electric vehicles , specific transport conditions apply.

2. Delivery Zones

Electroglide delivers:

  • in metropolitan France
  • in certain countries of the European Union

Any request for delivery outside the zone must be subject to a specific quote.

3. Shipping times

The delivery times indicated on the website are estimated and not contractual .

They can vary depending on:

  • of the ordered model
  • supplier availability
  • preparation, approval or control operations
  • of the carrier

Electroglide cannot be held responsible for any delay beyond its control.

4. Vehicle shipment

The vehicles are shipped:

  • by specialized carrier
  • on a pallet or dedicated truck
  • with delivery against signature

Delivery is made to the building entrance or to the address indicated , without obligation to put into service.

5. Receipt of goods – Customer's obligation

Upon delivery, the customer is required to:

  • check the condition of the package and the vehicle
  • refuse delivery in case of visible anomaly
  • or to formulate specific and detailed reservations on the delivery note

Any anomaly not reported upon delivery will be deemed accepted.

6. Transfer of responsibility

Electroglide's responsibility ends at the moment of physical delivery of the product to the customer or their representative .

Any damage found after delivery is the responsibility of the customer or the carrier.

7. Delivery charges

Delivery charges may be:

  • included
  • or billed separately depending on the product

They are non -refundable under any circumstances , including in the event of return or cancellation.
